**Job Title**: Field Officer - Manpower Services (Industrial Plant Production)
- **Workforce Management**:
- Coordinate and deploy manpower based on the production needs of the plant.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet daily production targets.
- Manage attendance, shifts, and work schedules for employees.
- Maintain a database of available workers and ensure their readiness for deployment.
- **Recruitment & Training**:
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify and hire suitable workers for various production roles.
- Organize induction and on-the-job training sessions to familiarize workers with safety standards, production processes, and plant equipment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations during hiring and operations.
- **Supervision & Monitoring**:
- Supervise the workforce during production activities to ensure they follow operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workers are adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Address and resolve any labor-related issues or disputes that arise on-site.
- **Coordination with Plant Management**:
- Liaise with the plant management team to understand production requirements and plan manpower accordingly.
- Provide regular updates on manpower status, including attendance, performance, and any operational challenges.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure all workers are equipped with necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety practices.
- Conduct safety briefings and maintain records of safety compliance.
- Address and report any accidents or hazards immediately, ensuring that safety regulations are strictly followed.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain records related to manpower, including attendance logs, work hours, overtime, and payroll data.
- Prepare and submit reports on workforce utilization, efficiency, and any challenges faced during production.
- **Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution**:
- Handle any manpower-related challenges, such as absenteeism or performance issues, and propose solutions.
- Mediate between workers and supervisors to resolve conflicts and maintain harmony on-site.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Propose initiatives to improve manpower efficiency and reduce labor costs.
- Stay updated with industry trends in workforce management and implement best practices.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with production processes in an industrial setting.
- Knowledge of labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
- Leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
**Experience**:
- Plant Producation: 5 years (required)
