**Position: Finance Manager**

**Work Location: Pune**

**Experience : 14 to 16 Years**

**Education: Chartered Accountant (Passed with First or Second attempt only)**

**Nature of Employment: Permanent**

**Desired Profile**:

- Chartered Accountant required with 14 to 16 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Big4 Accounting Firm or multi-national publicly traded company preferred
- Design, develop and implement methods and strategies to continually improve processes.
- Own the development and communication of the plan and forecast, financial reporting, operational analysis and executive reviews for Actuals, Business Plan& Commitment View.
- Experience to manage cost & expense of employee
- Well versed with US GAAP, IFRS and Indian Accounting Standards
- Good knowledge of Income Tax and GST
- Work experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Tableau and Excel (including macros)
- Strong focus on controls and processes and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong people manager
