**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Help team to craft and prepare Continental food as per company's prescribed menu.
- Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal menus and specials.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in flavour and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns.
- Ensure speedy preparation of meals, maintaining high standards of quality and taste.
- Collaboratively work on integrating bakery options into the menu, leveraging any existing bakery skills.
- Source fresh and sustainable ingredients, focusing on quality and environmental impact.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and order necessary supplies to maintain stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times.
- Uphold kitchen hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Operate with mínimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation and initiative.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 0-1 years in a similar role, with hands-on expertise in plant-based cuisine.
- Proficiency in preparing a wide range of quick and healthy meals.
- Bakery experience is desirable but not essential. It will help us maintain our bakery section.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Passionate about creating innovative and appealing plant-based food options.
- Knowledge of current food and health trends.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
