**Job Title**: Hotel Supervisor
**Location**: Nagpur
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, responding to guest inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Train and manage hotel staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, including linens, supplies, and amenities.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and guest comfort.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel regulations.
- Prepare daily reports and assist with budgeting and cost control.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience as a hotel supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a guest-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
**Education & Experience**:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or supervisory roles.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
