**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing the activities of a group focused on the research and/or development related to diagnostics product market
2. Responsible to execute all project tasks and works with reports to meet project milestones
3. Responsible to execute experimental designs to ensure they are appropriate
4. Responsible to prepare protocols, and reports to ensure project objectives are met
5. Responsible to draft and edit technical documents such as technical reports, Design documents and
QC specifications
6. Responsible to do validation and verification of products.
7. Responsible for optimization and formulation of rapid kits.
8. Responsible to execute any other work allotted by reporting head
