Responsible for Managing, Monitoring, co-ordinate & carry out franchise studio development work as per company quality standards & timelines for new franchise sign ups.
- Co-ordinate with franchise owner, architect/interior designer and internal stake holders for layout designing and execution as per plan and process.
- Ensure studio set up as per company guidelines.
- Pro-active in problem solving to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel
- Ensure on time franchisee studio ready as per TAT
- Design/project coordination indicating respective involved member assignments and planned completion.
- Conducting meeting with project team to establish constant communication on updates
- Site visits to confirm the work has been executed according to the drawings given as and when required.
- Manage Records and reports keeping for studio development works.
- Maintain and develop good relationships with franchise owner through personal contact via telephone & meetings etc.
- Preparing reports and submitting them to management as and when required
- Collecting feedback as well as analyse& study market trends, Competition and discover new interior designs concepts.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Interior design: 1 year (preferred)
