**Job Responsibilities - Architect**

As an Architect at our design and build firm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling spaces. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**1. Design Leadership**
- Conceptualize and develop original, creative architectural and interior design solutions across diverse project types.
- Lead the design process from initial concept through detailed development, ensuring design excellence at every stage.
- Translate client needs and brand identities into effective spatial experiences.

**2. Presentation & Communication**
- Create high-quality presentations, drawings, and visualizations to effectively communicate design intent to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Prepare compelling concept boards, 3D renderings, diagrams, and architectural graphics for client presentations and internal reviews.

**3. Team Collaboration & Mentorship**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including interior designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure design coherence and technical feasibility.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.
- Review and critique work from junior team members to maintain high design standards.

**4. Technical Proficiency**
- Produce accurate architectural drawings and construction documents with a high level of detail and precision.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure alignment of architectural vision with technical and construction requirements.

**5. Software Proficiency**
- Utilize a comprehensive suite of design tools including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant drafting and rendering software.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software advancements and digital workflows to optimize design processes.

**6. Project Involvement**
- Engage in all phases of a project from concept development, planning, and design to execution and site supervision when required.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions with consultants and vendors

7. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 1+ years of experience in construction and architecture
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Twin Motion, Blender, 3D studio max Etc.
- You will be working on Rayon for 2 drafting and Twin Motion/blender for 3d visualisation
