**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The QC Inspector would be responsible for conducting inspections based on predefined checklists in ready to move in residential or commercial properties and stage wise structural & finishing inspections when required.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Visit different residential properties located all across the city for inspection.
- Quality inspection would involve inspecting flooring, wall finish, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, wood works etc.
- Measurement of the carpet area of the property.
- Answer any customer queries with regards to the inspection.
- Search for projects that are getting delivered in their respective city and coordinate with sales team (whenever required).

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with clients and answer their queries.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Diploma or Bachelors in Civil Engineering
- Should have experience in construction quality inspection (structure & finishing).
- Should have experience in Project Handing over.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
