As a Pharma Trainee at Highlight Drugs & Pharmaceuticals, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of various aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with experienced professionals and be exposed to:

- Pharmaceutical research and development processes
- Quality control and assurance procedures
- Regulatory compliance and guidelines
- Manufacturing and production protocols
- Cross-functional collaboration

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting experiments and tests under supervision
- Compile and analyze research data
- Participate in the formulation and manufacturing process
- Learn to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with teams to support various projects

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, D. Pharma, B.S.C, M.S.C or related fields
- Strong passion for the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
