Your job title will be Reading Volunteer and you are appointed for the duration of four/five months from the commencement of employment.

2.1 Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with class 3 and class 4 students or any other class decided by the Organization in selected schools to enhance their reading skills.
- Conduct one-on-one or small group reading sessions to provide personalized attention.
- Utilize appropriate teaching materials and strategies to make reading sessions enjoyable and effective.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for students.
- Collaborate with teachers to align reading activities
- conduct a reading competition with students
- Track and report the progress of each student's reading development.
- Any other responsibility allocated as part of the program.
- Participating in training of the Door Step School as an when Reading program related training is organized.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Volunteer
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
