**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:

- Process customer and distributor orders efficiently.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order fulfillment.
- **Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production teams.
- Manage procurement and vendor follow-ups.
- Maintain records of raw material and finished goods inventory.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze sales, stock, and operational data.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Assist in forecasting demand and optimizing supply chain efficiency.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and logistics documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between production, sales, logistics, and vendors.
- Address and resolve backend operational challenges.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for operational improvements and suggest solutions.
- Work on automation and digital tools for efficiency enhancement.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: MBA or BBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or General Management.
- **Experience**: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in backend operations.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data management tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of FMCG industry trends is a plus.
