**Briqhaus** is a next-generation **SaaS-based ERP & CRM platform** designed specifically for **real estate developers**. The platform aims to transform the way real estate businesses operate by digitizing and streamlining the complete developer lifecycle. From managing interactions with **home buyers**, handling **vendor contracts**, and tracking **project budgets** to ensuring **efficient internal workflows**, Briqhaus provides a unified, intelligent system built for real estate growth.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Intern** to work directly with the **CEO** on the **technical and strategic rollout** of Briqhaus. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the product lifecycle, market strategy, and stakeholder engagement of a cutting-edge real estate tech platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the CEO in planning and executing the **product strategy and go-to-market plan** for Briqhaus.
- Conduct **market and competitor research** within the real estate ERP/CRM space.
- Perform **technology research** to support product innovation and feature development.
- Coordinate with the **technical and product development teams** to ensure smooth communication and progress tracking.
- Support in preparing **product documentation**, including feature specifications, user flows, and system overviews.
- Participate in **product testing and QA**, identifying bugs, collecting feedback, and ensuring product readiness.
- Assist in the creation of **presentations, reports, and documentation** for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with potential **clients, partners, and vendors** for product demonstrations, feedback collection, and onboarding discussions.

**Who You Are**:

- A current student or recent graduate in **Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related fields**.
- Interested in **real estate technology, SaaS platforms**, and digital product development.
- Able to **understand both business and technical perspectives** and act as a bridge between them.
- Strong in **communication, research, and analytical thinking**.
- Familiarity with tools like **Excel, Google Workspace, Notion, Figma, Trello/Jira** is a plus.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about **ERP/CRM systems**, **real estate developer workflows**, and **budgeting/contracts**.
