**Job Title**: Recruiter - US Recruitment

**Department**: Recruitment

**Shift Timings**: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST.

**Job Location**: HEAD OFFICE: 1/2 ,Indraprasth Business Park, Near DAV School, Prahladnagar Extension, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat-380051 INDIA

Role & Responsibilities:
Review and understand the open positions

Report to hiring managers on the status of open positions

Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate

Help new hires onboard

**Suitability to be a Recruitment Executive**:
Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role

Understanding of full-cycle recruiting

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume database

Ability to build strong relationships

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

MBA HR or Graduation from relevant field
