The Axial Programme will be powered by S/4HANA a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system which will be implemented right across the organisation and will provide our business with** standardised processes, enhanced financial management, common data**and **real time reporting,** transforming the way we work through our entire supply chain - from bench to patient.

The new system will be used by more than 20,000 employees daily, is foundational to all AZ entities and is central to most core business processes. This is a once in a generation programme for AstraZeneca and will shape our ways of working globally for many years to come.

The Axial SAP S/4 Master Data Expert (Winshuttle / LSMW/ADM/MASS) is responsible for delivering cleanse execution activities across a variety of data objects across Finance and Operations to ensure business data readiness for migration to S/4 HANA.

**To be successful role holder will**:

- Demonstrate strong technical skillset using Winshuttle / LSMW (all methods) / Other migration Tools to update/delete SAP data
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills; intermediate to advanced excel skills including complex functions & pivot tables, ADM knowledge (nice to have)
- Have proven experience in handling and interrogating large data volumes via SAP migration/ cleanse projects
- Be able to interpret complex data change requirements and also perform own due diligence pre-pose execution
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a strong attention to detail and work in a highly organized & structured manner

**What you’ll do**

The MD mass change specialist will deliver data cleanse execution and analysis across a variety of data objects across Finance and Operations to ensure required business data readiness is achieved in preparation for migration to S/4 HANA.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Develop/ Manage Winshuttle / LSMW / Other execution Scripts: Create and enhance complex update/delete programs/ scripts, workflows, and forms to support data processes.
- Execute Automated Queries: Write and run automated queries in Winshuttle/LSMW for efficient data management and script execution.
- Master Data Analysis and Support: Provide deep analysis and support for Master Data fields across SAP ECC.
- Data Cleansing and Standardization: Execute and coordinate data cleansing execution processes, ensuring adherence to established data standards and internal controls.
- Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Track risks and issues, develop risk mitigation plans, and facilitate resolution related to Master Data change/ reversal methods.
- Business and Technical Integration: Assist in integration testing, deployment planning, and assess technological impacts on current and future projects
- Develop ad hoc analysis/reports to support the businesses and Master Data team
- End-User Documentation and Training: Create, review, and deliver documentation and training materials to ensure user accuracy and understanding.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders across multiple local sites / global teams to resolve open questions, agree on cleanse recommendations, and implement corrections into SAP.

**Essential for the role**
- Strong experience (5-9 years) in SAP S/4 data migration / data cleansing, with technical skills to create and run scripts for enriching SAP Master Data, and decent working functional knowledge of finance/ procurement /operations master data processes Mfg/QM/PM, Supply Chain p
