**Lifter/Forklift Operator Job Description**

**Job Summary**:
The Operator will be responsible for operating lifting machinery, ensuring the safe transport of materials and personnel, and adhering to industry safety standards. This role is essential in maintaining efficient operations in construction, manufacturing, warehousing, and other industrial environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate lifting machinery, including forklifts, cranes, and hoists, as required.
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials and personnel.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks.
- Load and unload materials safely and accurately.
- Assist in securing and stabilizing loads to prevent shifting or damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a lift operator or similar role.
- Certification or licensing to operate lifting machinery (as per local regulations).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in construction, warehousing, or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance for lifting equipment.

**Work Environment**:

- May involve working at heights or in outdoor conditions.
- Requires adherence to safety guidelines, including wearing protective gear.

**Operator Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy machinery
- Proficient with mechanical tools
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High school diploma; additional certification is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
