**Job Summary**:
The AC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of all air conditioning and ventilation systems across the property. The role ensures optimal cooling performance, energy efficiency, and guest comfort by keeping all HVAC systems in excellent working condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect, install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, window, VRV/VRF, packaged units, and chillers).
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, filters, and ductwork.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AC malfunctions and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Monitor and maintain the temperature and humidity settings across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Refill refrigerants (gas charging) and check for leakages.
- Replace or repair faulty compressors, motors, coils, thermostats, and other components.
- Ensure all HVAC systems operate safely and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Assist in energy management initiatives to optimize HVAC system efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance calls and service requests.
- Coordinate with external vendors if required for major overhauls or upgrades.
- Report major repair needs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
