**Job Title: Relationship Manager - Home Loans & LAP**
**Location**: Vizianagaram
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in HL & LAP Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager with hands-on experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) sourcing and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and acquire Home Loan & LAP customers through open market, connectors, and channel partners

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners

- Achieve monthly business targets and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and daily sales activities

- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing

- Market intelligence gathering and competitor analysis for business growth

- Minimum 1 year experience in selling Home Loans & LAP

- Strong understanding of mortgage, secured loan products, and market processes

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills

- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets

- Local market knowledge of Vizianagaram preferred

**Qualification**:

- Minimum Graduate
