**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**College Visits**:

- Plan and execute visits to colleges to [purpose of the visits, e.g., promote products/services, conduct surveys, establish partnerships].
- Build and maintain relationships with college staff, students, and faculty.
- Gather feedback and market insights during college visits.

**Coaching Institute Engagement**:

- Identify and target coaching institutes relevant to our target audience.
- Conduct presentations or demonstrations at coaching institutes.
- Collaborate with coaching institutes for mutual benefit and market expansion.

**Company Cold Visits**:

- Identify potential companies for collaboration or sales opportunities.
- Conduct cold visits to companies to introduce our product and explore business partnerships.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

**Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular reports on market feedback and opportunities.

**Achieve Sales Targets**:

- Work towards achieving set sales targets and business development goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and market presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in a similar field executive or sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of sales, field visits, communication skills.

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Good Communication skills.

**Location: Noida**

**6 Working days -Sunday fixed off**

**Salary**: ₹20,289.53 - ₹40,502.59 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
