We are looking for **Residential Administrative and Admissions Staff **at Excellencia Group of institutions Aanandini CBSE School Campus(Hayath Nagar)

**Responsibilities**:
**School Administration**:

- Maintain and update student, teacher, and staff records both electronically and in hard copies.
- Assist in staff scheduling, leave management, and addressing administrative concerns.
- Act as the central point for communication between parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Assist the school principal and leadership in organizing events, managing schedules, and implementing policies.
- Ensure that the school is compliant with local regulations and guidelines (such as CBSE guidelines) and manage audits as required.

**Admissions Management**:

- Handle inquiries from prospective parents and students, provide detailed information about the school’s offerings, and conduct campus tours.
- Coordinate with academic staff to schedule entrance exams and interviews, and communicate results to parents and applicants.
- Assist with marketing and outreach efforts related to admissions, including participation in fairs, online marketing, and other recruitment strategies.
- Generate regular reports on admissions numbers, conversion rates, and other metrics for school leadership.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in administration, education, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
- **2-5 years of experience** in school administration or admissions management.
- Strong **organizational** and **time management** skills, with the ability to multitask.
- **Excellent communication skills** (both written and verbal) and a high level of professionalism.
- **Knowledge of school management software** and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Experience with **CBSE admissions processes** and guidelines.
- **Customer service-oriented** mindset for handling parent and student inquiries.
- Ability to **prioritize tasks** and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
