**Officer / Executive - Accounts**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparation of financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
- Assist in maintenance of financial records compliance with accepted policies and procedures
- Ensure timely vendor payments and payments of all bills.
- Keep track of petty cash.
- Assist in preparation of budgets
- Assist in preparation of financial data bases
- Assist and provide data for and coordinate the audit process
- Bank Reconciliation statements.
- Proper maintenance of data in ERP.
- ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
- continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
- develop and maintain financial data bases
- financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
- analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
- Timely payment of all bills and vendor payments and tour bills.

**Qualification/Experience**
- B.Com / M. Com, Inter CA
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience
- Prefer knowledge of SAP
- Residence in vicinity of Kanjurmarg

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
