Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of facility utility systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water, compressed air, and waste management systems.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted utility services.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for utility equipment and systems.
- Monitor utility consumption, identify inefficiencies, and recommend cost-saving and energy-efficient solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards for utility systems.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams during the installation, repair, or upgrade of utility infrastructure.
- Maintain detailed documentation of utility performance metrics, maintenance activities, and compliance records.
- Participate in the planning and execution of utility-related projects, including capacity expansion and system upgrades.
- Train and guide facility staff on utility system operations and emergency procedures.
- Stay updated on advancements in utility systems, equipment, and best practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
