Demonstrating the tests for the treatment of the patients.
- Answering phone inquiries in an efficient and effective way.
- Utilizing phone scripts.
- Conducting patient consultations online or in-office comprehensively.
- Making confirmation and reminder calls. Follow-up calls from patient consultations.
- Interacting with patients/family day of the procedure.
- Interacting with referring and co-managing doctor’s office.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape within the healthcare industry.
- Creating compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies and whitepapers, highlighting the features, benefits and clinical outcomes of our services.
- Coordinating promotional activities and events, such as conferences, seminars, webinars and trade shows to showcase our solutions and treatments.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hospital administrators, department heads and influencers to gain insights, foster collaboration and support business development efforts.
- Having excellent interpersonal skills required to work closely and effectively with doctors, clinic staff and understanding patient needs.
- Being personable and empathetic with the patient’s needs and concerns.
- Working independently “and” as a valued member of the team.
- Responding to common inquiries or complaints from patients and listen to them attentively.
- Following established protocols.
- Having strong communication skills required to effectively explain laser vision correction, help patients to realize their lifestyle goals, and guide them through a decision-making process.
- Having computer skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
