
Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Lead Management**:
- Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements.
- Provide engaging and articulate information about companies value proposition to potential customers.
- Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM system.
**2. Sales Management**:
Learn to manage complex enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle and efficient management of the sales pipeline using the defined processes.
**3. Communication**:
- Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues.
- Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team and senior management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics.
**4. Process Knowledge**:
Develop a strong knowledge of our services in order to facilitate the sales process. Understand how the benefits of our services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
