COME FOR WALK-IN-INTERVIEW AT NAYYAR HOSPITAL, AMRITSAR

Days of Interview: Saturday

Timings of interview: 11AM -01 PM
- Obtain knowledge about the assigned patient and bedside handover/ takeover.
- Evaluate patient condition and constant observation of all patients.
- Prompt and effective bedside nursing care and immediate reporting of abnormalities to the RMO/Consultant, if any.
- Make entry of the medication and the other procedures into the medical records of the patients simultaneously.
- Implementation of Doctors orders and assist the Consultants/ Doctors for rounds.
- Undertake cross referrals and the investigations advised and obtain the reports.
- Prepares and assist in various bedside procedures.
- Indent prescribed medicines and inform non availability / alternatives.
- Conduct Pre and post op / all other care and interventions as per defined protocols.
- Fulfill nutritional needs as prescribed and inform any undue delay or issues to concerned.
- Ensure morning care, personal hygiene, oral and eye care, dress changeover.
- Ensure proper dress code and conduct.
- Re-assess the patient at least once in a shift and document the same.
- To assist/supervise the co-workers for acre of patient including administration of high risk drugs and blood transfusion.
- To attend code blue event as a team member and join all training sessions for the same.
- Work as per the defined policies towards any emergencies and be careful against injuries/accidents/errors and use precautions against disposal of sharps, body fluids.
- Discard bio medical waste as per the laid down guidelines and ensure compliance of the same before taking over/handing over the duty.
- To assist consultant for education of the patient and family regarding preventive aspects, safe medication, food
- drug interaction, drug-drug interaction, nutritional counseling etc.
- Confidentiality of patient records and condition and education to patient / relatives.
- Hand over the important information about the patient or the associated plan of care to the reliever and document the same in to the over register.
- All other tasks as assigned or revised by the management.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amritsar, Amritsar - 143001, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- NURSING REGISTRATION (required)
