**Bench Sales Recruiter** **Experience: - 1- 4 Years** **Timings: - Night Shifts (US EST Timings) ( 6:30 PM-3:30 AM IST) (Onsite)** **Notice Period: - Immediate Joiners** **"Strictly no remote/ no work from home option"** **Roles & Responsibilities: - ** - **Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.**: - **Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.**: - **Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client.**: - **Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.**: - **Generate, Interact and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation partners network on a daily basis.**: - **Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, and following up for interview schedules.**: - **Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.** **Salary**: From ₹311.00 per day Schedule: - Night shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 9160032345
