Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Health Aide for a differently-abled boy dealing with cerebral atrophy. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support and engagement for the child, particularly in speaking and small writing activities. While the child can manage his basic needs independently, he requires assistance to participate in verbal and written interactions due to decreasing abilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage the child in speaking activities to encourage communication and language development.
- Assist the child with small writing activities to promote fine motor skills and cognitive function.
- Provide companionship and support during the child's time at his mother's homeopathic clinic.
- Foster a nurturing and friendly environment to build trust and rapport with the child.
- Collaborate with the child's mother and healthcare team to implement appropriate strategies and activities.
Qualifications:
- Patience and empathy are essential qualities for this role.
- Experience working with children, especially those with special needs, is preferred.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor to create a supportive environment for the child.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the child.
- No specific educational qualifications are required, but a genuine interest in supporting the child's development is crucial.
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday, 3 hours per day (preferred).
- Training will be provided at the mother's homeopathic clinic.
