**Job Title**: Business Development Executive

**Experience**: 0- 2 Years

**Job Type**: Full-time (Day shift)

**Qualification**:BBA /MBA / BBM - Specialization in Marketing

**Shift timings**: 9.30 AM to 6:30 PM

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and present company services effectively.
- Understand client requirements and provide solutions.
- Follow up on leads and close leads.
- Maintain records of interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM
- Identify and generate potential leads using organic methods (e.g., Google search, and referrals).

**Required Skill**:

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, excel will be an advantage

**CTC**: As per Market standards + Performance bonus +Incentives
