**Job Title: Lead Manager (MIS Executive)**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Sales department.
- Track and analyze sales data including lead status, conversion rates, closures, targets vs. achievements, and team productivity.
- Develop and automate dashboards/reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data by performing regular audits and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to gather inputs and provide real-time insights to support decision-making.
- Highlight trends, patterns, and deviations in sales performance to help drive corrective actions.
- Support the management team in preparing business reviews, presentations, and forecasting reports.
- Ensure timely sharing of reports with all stakeholders, maintaining version control and data confidentiality.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc analysis as required by leadership.

**Required Qualifications**
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably supporting sales or operations teams.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros) and Google Sheets.
- Experience with reporting/BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Zoho Analytics is a plus.
- Good understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and CRM systems.
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Accuracy and timeliness of daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Quality of insights and analytics provided
- Responsiveness to ad-hoc data requests
- Contribution to sales process efficiency through data support
- Report automation and process improvements initiated
- Internal stakeholder satisfaction score

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
