1. **Product Promotion**: Sales Representatives actively promote pathology and blood bank equipment, instruments, and software to institutes.They showcase the features, benefits, and advantages of their products through presentations, demonstrations, and marketing materials.
2. **Building Relationships**:They establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers for medical/lab instruments, including laboratory managers, pathologists, and blood bank supervisors. Building trust and rapport with customers is essential for long-term success in sales.
3. **Need Assessment**: Sales Representatives conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges faced by medical/ lab instruments. They identify opportunities for their products to address customer needs and add value to their operations.
4. **Solution selling**:They develop customized solutions tailored to the unique needs of each customer, leveraging their product portfolio to offer comprehensive solutions that meet customer requirements and provide tangible benefits
5. **Sales Presentation**: Sales Representatives deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the key features, capabilities, and benefits of their products. They effectively communicate how their solutions can improve laboratory efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.
6. **Negotiation and Closing**: They negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close sales deals successfully. Sales Representatives must be adept at overcoming objections and addressing customer concerns to secure commitments from potential buyers.
7. **Market Research**: Sales Representatives conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand market trends, and gather competitive intelligence. This information helps them develop effective sales strategies and positioning for their products in the pathology and blood bank market segments.
