**Role Overview**:
We're looking for a **Content Creator** who lives and breathes social media — someone who can bring creativity and energy into the workplace by capturing fun, behind-the-scenes office moments, day-to-day work processes, and current trends. You'll be responsible for keeping our social media active and engaging, with the support of a dedicated in-house team of video editors and graphic designers.

You’ll also work closely with the founders to plan, edit, and publish content — ensuring we’re always aligned with what's trending and what connects with our audience.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Create and shoot fun, trend-based content around the office (Reels, BTS, work-life clips, etc.)
- Stay on top of Instagram and social media trends; ideate and execute engaging content accordingly
- Plan and schedule content calendars in coordination with the social and marketing teams
- Work closely with our founders to edit and manage content they produce
- Collaborate with our in-house video editors and designers to bring ideas to life
- Handle posting, captions, hashtags, and engagement strategies across platforms
- Analyze content performance and suggest ways to improve engagement

**Who You Are**:

- A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and social media
- Up-to-date with the latest Instagram, YT and short-form content trends
- Confident in front of and behind the camera
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Basic knowledge of content editing tools is must
- Previous experience in content creation or social media management preferred, especially in creative or marketing environments
