Recovery Executive

**Job Purpose**:
The Recovery Executive will manage the end-to-end debt recovery process, handle collections, negotiate payment terms, and ensure that outstanding debts are recovered in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Debt Recovery**:

- Initiate recovery action for non-paying customers and track the progress of each case.
- Negotiate payment terms and settlements with debtors.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Communicate with customers to understand payment issues and offer feasible solutions.
- Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring that recovery targets are met.
- Explain policies and consequences of non-payment to customers in a professional manner.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of conversations, payments, and agreements with debtors.
- Update recovery logs and maintain thorough documentation on all recovery efforts.
- Provide detailed reports on collection activities to management.
- **Dispute Resolution**:

- Handle and resolve disputes related to payments or balances.
- Work with legal teams or third-party agencies when necessary to recover funds.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Ensure that all collected payments are processed accurately and timely.
- Assist customers with payment options, ensuring smooth transactions
- **Debt Recovery Strategies**:
Develop and suggest strategies for improving the recovery process and reducing overall delinquency rates.
- Assist in setting recovery goals and ensuring that they align with company targets
- **Compliance and Policies**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection laws.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- HSC or Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in debt collection, recovery, or a customer service role.
- Experience in dealing with delinquent accounts is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Knowledge of debt recovery laws and procedures.
- Experience of 1 - 2 years in the recovery process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
