**Timing**:

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities based on curriculum guidelines.
- Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere that supports learning through play and exploration.
- Observe and assess students’ progress and development, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians about children’s progress, behavior, and daily activities.
- Promote positive behavior and classroom management strategies.
- Ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of children at all times.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred -Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development milestones and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to lift and carry children and materials up to 40 lbs.
- Requires bending, kneeling, standing, and sitting on the floor.
- Ability to work in a noisy and active environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
