**What you’ll be doing...**:

- Implement clean, efficient, and well-documented code by following best practices
- Automate development processes and contribute to continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features
- Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of quality and continuous improvement using SonarQube, qTest, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

**What we’re looking for...**:
**You’ll need to have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or four or more years of relevant experience in software development and automation, with a strong understanding of design patterns using NodeJS and Python
- Proficiency in React and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Hooks, Next.js).
- Hands-on experience with popular Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) such as Visual Studio Code or PyCharm.
- Solid experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MariaDB, or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with DevOps tools like Jira, Jenkins, and GitLab.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Even better if you have one or more of the following**:

- Experience with AWS Cloud Services such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, ALB, CloudWatch, etc.
- Experience in monitoring tools such as New Relic, Catchpoint, OTEL, Prometheus, etc.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring freshers or less experienced professionals
- Ability to clearly articulate and influence stakeholders
- Experience working on Linux & Windows servers

**Where you’ll be working**: In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

**Scheduled Weekly Hours**: 40
