**About the Company**

GB Agro Industries is a leading manufacturer of fertilizers and pesticides, committed to enhancing agricultural productivity. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Marketing and Sales to drive growth and oversee our regional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends in fertilizers and pesticides.
- Align sales and marketing goals with company objectives and ensure their effective execution.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams across Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra and Gujarat.
- Monitor performance, set clear KPIs, and ensure team alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge.
- **Sales Management**:

- Drive revenue growth by managing customer acquisition, retention, and relationship building.
- Ensure timely execution of sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Manage channel partners, distributors, and dealers to maximize market reach.
- **Marketing Oversight**:

- Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with product development and R&D teams to introduce customer-centric solutions.
- Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
- **Operations and Reporting**:

- Monitor sales forecasts, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Prepare regular reports on market conditions, competitor analysis, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure supply chain alignment.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in fertilizers or agrochemicals.
- Proven track record of managing regional teams and achieving sales targets.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and market analysis software.
- Ability to travel frequently across assigned territories.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
