**Job Details Post Receptionist**

**Designation** : Receptionist cum Computer Operator
**Reporting to **: Head
- Supply Chain
**Location** : HQ Mumbai
**Grade** : G6

**Job responsibility-**
- Tracking of courier details up to its delivery (both parcel & documents) and maintaining the register for the same.
- Attending calls & transferring to concerned department
- Handling and maintaining the register of incoming, outgoing posts and couriers.
- Outbound calling as per instructions of Seniors & vending customers for Delhi,Bangalore,
Mumbai.
- Daily counter cash, Receipt entry in ERP.
- Online order checking & printing labels for the same.
- Handling customers queries via mail or phone.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude

**Experience required
- **2+yrs

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
