We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our clients and collaborate with the development team to bring designs to life. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in design tools and technologies, and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their website requirements, target audience, and business objectives.

Conceptualize and create website layouts, wireframes, and mockups that align with the clients' brand identity and user experience goals.

Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for websites using modern design techniques and tools.

Create and optimize graphics, icons, and other visual elements for use on websites.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure the design is implemented accurately and efficiently.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the design.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices in web design.

Ensure the website design is responsive and compatible with different devices and browsers.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure the design enhances the overall user experience and supports content presentation.

Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines while maintaining design quality.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Strong portfolio showcasing your web design skills and creative abilities.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, or other industry-standard design software.

Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.

Familiarity with front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with clients and cross-functional teams.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,222.20 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
