SDK ITS SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD Is Urgently looking for **Admission Counselor**-(IT Courses) at Gurgaon location.

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Package: ₹ 1,20,000 - 1,80,000 P.A.

Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram

Preference: Female Only

Roles and Responsibilities

1). Counseling Training Courses Online/Offline.

2). Source new counseling opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls

3). Ability to act as a IT Educational counselor cum H.R.

4). Perform other duties as assigned

5). Must have ability to convince students for admission.

6). Handling students all queries regarding course, fees, certificate etc.

7). Preparing new courses via proper analysis.

8). Past experience of handling I.T courses counseling cum H.R..

9). Scheduling students batch & allotment of trainers to students.

10).Politely following to students for their dues

11). Train students on various SDK curriculum.

12). Manage student expectations, maintaining student schedule, instituting accountability measures, and addressing student motivation and performance issues, as necessary

1- Proven inside counseling cum H.R experience

2- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask

3- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

5- Co-ordinate with staff members regarding class scheduling, payment etc.

6-Engaging in daily work allotment & reporting of staff.

7-Excellent skills of managing all admin working.
