Billing & Procurement Executive - Construction

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Contractor Billing:
Prepare, verify, and process contractor bills in accordance with contracts and work progress.

Coordinate with project teams and site engineers for work measurement (RA Bills).

Verify contractor claims against actual work done and approved BOQs.

Maintain billing records and reconciliation with contractor accounts.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS) during bill processing.

**Procurement & Purchase**:
Source materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.

Negotiate with vendors/suppliers for pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

Raise purchase orders and track delivery schedules.

Coordinate with stores and project teams for inventory planning and stock reconciliation.

Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance.

**Reporting & Documentation**:
Prepare monthly billing and purchase reports for management.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, payments, and contracts.

Assist in budget preparation and cost forecasting.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Civil Engineering, or related field.

5-10 years of experience in contractor billing and procurement within the construction industry.

Sound knowledge of construction billing practices, RA bills, GST, and TDS.

Familiarity with ERP or billing software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Buildsmart, etc.).

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
