**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Resident Care**:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including wound management, medication administration, and monitoring of residents' health.
- Conduct regular checks on vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting any irregularities.
- Attend to the personal care needs of residents and address any concerns promptly.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the facility in the absence of the manager, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Supervise staff, allocate tasks, and address any operational issues as needed.
- Maintain open communication with the management team to provide updates on the facility's status.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to medical and safety protocols, maintaining a hygienic and safe environment.
- Conduct routine checks on medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- **Resident Support**:

- Provide emotional and psychological support to residents, fostering a positive and comfortable living environment.
- Coordinate with families and healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for residents.
