**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Annotate and label images, videos, audio, and text according to specific project requirements.
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent data labeling in accordance with guidelines.
- Review and correct annotations done by automated tools or other annotators.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data scientists to clarify labeling needs.
- Follow strict protocols for handling sensitive data and ensuring data privacy.
- Work with a variety of tools and platforms designed for data annotation.
- Provide feedback on annotation guidelines and suggest improvements when necessary.
- Meet project deadlines and maintain a productive workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field).
- Experience in data annotation or a similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of labeling software and tools (e.g., Labelbox, CVAT, or in-house tools).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific guidelines and instructions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good communication skills to report issues or provide feedback on guidelines.
- Proficiency in the English language; additional languages can be a plus depending on the dataset.
- Basic technical knowledge of data types like images, audio, or text.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience with large-scale data annotation projects.
- Ability to work with various data formats (e.g., image files, JSON, text files).
- Experience with different AI domains such as computer vision, NLP, or speech recognition.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing guidelines or workflows.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
