**Reports to**: Social Media Manager

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will assist in developing and executing social media campaigns, creating content, and analyzing performance metrics. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in social media marketing and enhance your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- **Social Media Management**: Help schedule, monitor, and engage with posts across social media channels.
- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the team in planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns and promotions.
- **Analytics**: Assist in tracking and reporting on social media performance, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
- **Research**: Conduct market research to identify trending topics, content ideas, and competitor activities.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, fostering a positive and interactive community.
- **Ad Management**: Support the team in running social media ads, including targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, or related program.
- A strong interest in social media, marketing trends, and digital advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation (basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) is a bonus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
