**Job Title: Ayurvedic Products Sales Executive**
**Job Overview**:
As an Ayurvedic Products Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of Ayurvedic products to retailers in your assigned region. This position is open to both experienced professionals and freshers who are passionate about sales and the wellness industry. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of our company.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential retailers to expand the distribution network.
- Learn and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Actively participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, providing excellent customer service.
- Address retailer queries and concerns promptly, with guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate with experienced team members to learn best practices in customer relationship management.
3. Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Contribute to market research efforts, providing valuable insights to the team.
4. Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans.
- Utilize CRM tools under the guidance of senior team members to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and product development to support product launches and promotions.
- Collaborate with experienced sales executives for mentorship and knowledge transfer.
**Qualifications**:
1) Minimum educational qualification: Plus Two/ Degree in any discipline.
2) Passion for sales and the wellness industry.
3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6) Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
