Junior Land Surveyor

We are into Infra and construction work with a good experience and have delivered 3 projects in last few years, we are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor with minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of Highway and Roads. Duties and responsibilities are mentioned as per job requirement.
- Conduct day to day layout and grading tasks in accordance to project design and ensure measurement of correct distances
- Planning and conducting Horizontal & Vertical controls of project site
- Total Station survey (Highways, and Roads)
- Take Level for Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM.BC.DLC.PQC
- Preparation / Submissions of Lay out Drawing of Bridges & Culverts and Survey Related Data /Documents
- Conduct field topographic survey pickups and troubleshoot survey layouts
- Mark and label survey points and record field data according to job specifications
- Supervise and provide guidance to field staff
- Report on survey results and present findings to management
- Prepare of daily, weekly, monthly reports on work progress and presenting to management.
- Provide clear survey notes and sketches for each control line and grade shot taken and check calculations
- Ensure that the project runs smoothly and the completed-on time and within the Budget
- Coordinate field details, site inspections and liaise with field subcontractors / consultants and Project Manager
- Coordinate and assist with information distribution to management
- Maintain up to date and accurate as-built drawings
- Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)
- Build maps, sketches, and charts
- Maintaining all the records of the project
- Assist in implementing and monitoring the quality control, safety and environment programs

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kalyan, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- land surveying: 3 years (preferred)
