**Roles and Responsibilities**

1) Receipts of raw material and packaging material and ensure proper labelling as per SOP.

2) Planning and execution of system activity of outward /in process operation for multiple

shifts include GRN/MRN/SRN/RTV/DMS.

3) Planning and execution of system activity of inward/outward operation for multiple shifts

include PO, System picking and delivery note.

4) Prepare and update SOP and WI for warehouse day to day activities and train sub-ordinates.

5) Ensuring that all Warehouse activities and deliverables are undertaken in accordance with

agreed schedules/milestones.

6) Responsible for receiving/Segregation/Storage/Issue of all raw materials according to

requirement and BMR, production request based on the planned schedule.

7) Organize and Manage material inventory and storage area and perform inventory stocking

activities and ensure shipments, material issue and inventory transactions accuracy.

8) Co-ordinate with Quality team for raw material incoming inspection and upon inspection

arranges for quarantine and storage as per FIFO, FEFO, flammable and nonflammable type

of raw material based on requirement.

9) Update all the raw material inward/outward movement through SAP and check on

inventory on daily basis to ensure smooth daily operation.

10) Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to

time.

11) Maintain items record and document necessary information that is consistent with the

Company, Customer, ISO requirement, GMP and Quality Standard.

12) Hands on experience in SAP on MM module or any other related to warehouse function.

13) Maintain and monitoring calibration record for warehouse equipments
