**Performs Complex Programming Activities**
Performs and completes specific programming activities to deliver routine programs for supporting business functions.Provides testing of basic and routine functionality to complete and deliver assignments.Follows and contributes with defining specifications, coding standards, and project guidelines to ensure code integrity.
**Contributes to the Identification and Reporting of Defects in Work Products**
Participates in the testing of work products and processes to identify defects, to meet standards, and to ensure effectiveness.Contributes input to initial analysis to develop and implement appropriate actions.
**Participates in Analysis and Testing**
- Contributes to the development of business and functional requirements to ensure stakeholder understanding.
- Supports the analysis of processes of low complexity to ensure accurate documentation of requirements and processes and to complete test coverage and requirement testability.
- Contributes to test scripts, set-up, plans, data, and updates to support the testing phase and to ensure test requirements are met.

**Supports the Analysis and Communication of Business Needs**
- Participates in work sessions to gather relevant information and to ensure understanding of the audience's knowledge.
- Supports conflict resolution activities to ensure the achievement of common goals.
- Assists in developing business and functional requirements to ensure stakeholder understanding and to serve as a basis for corresponding work products.
- 8+ Years as a software development engineer with mainframe technologies
- Strong Understanding of concepts on COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, SQL queries, VSAM and Stored Procedures.
- Considerable knowledge on IBM tools like CHANGEMAN or ENDEVOR, SYNCSORT or FILEAID, SYNCSORT, and TWS.
- Ability to lead the development of complex integration solutions, and to mentor and coach junior developers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in Health Insurance industry, and knowledge of enrollment, policy management and billing functions strongly preferred
- BE/BTECH or MCA graduates from a reputed college

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹272,528.45 - ₹1,081,370.42 per year
