**Duties and Responsibilities**

You shall be required to perform the best of your abilities all the duties you are required to perform.
- Serves patients by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide assistance over the phone.
- Booking Management
- Your goal is to maximize patient visit count to improve performance.
- Lead management, lead follow up
- Follow up call, booking reminder call, support query call, patient retention survey call, marketing call and other calls as per company need
- It is important to take feedback in a positive manner and use it to enhance your performance.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing patients

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English.
- Good telephone etiquette, active listening skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer skills are required.

**Shift : Morning 8 AM - 2 PM, Evening 2 PM - 8 PM**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
