**Role: Quality Executive**

**Location: Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Owning the audit processes for assigned focus groups
- Preparation of checklists audits (based on business need)
- Plan periodical (monthly/Weekly/Daily) audits
- Carry out audits with 100% adherence to audit plan
- Reporting NCs/audit findings to right stakeholders and following up till clo
- sure
2. Conducting Product and Process quality audit and inspection on a regular basis
3. Proactively initiating ideas and sharing Root Cause analyses to positively impact
performance of processes in line with organization objectives
4. Developing systems to monitor and measure performance against defined tar
- gets
5. Preparing & publishing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to show trends in
their focus groups’ performance
6. Identifying opportunities and driving initiatives to enhance team performance
and output
8. Conducting Induction, OJT and Refresher training for on ground employees
9. Preparing weekly training planner as per business requirement
10. Coordinating with HR team to pre plan Induction training for new joiners.
11. Analyze Training need Identification based on audit reports / employee
performance.
12. Conducting R&R (Rewards and Recognition) / Engagement activity with
the smaller groups in DCs/PH

**Key Skills Required**:
1. Advanced knowledge and experience in MS-Office (excel, word, ppt and Visio
mandatory) databases and performance reporting in a business environment
2. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills; Should be able to present
facts, analysis, and conclusions or solutions in a way that demonstrates com
- mand of content
3. Ability to lead and conduct training programs across employee levels

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
