**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a disciplined and experienced individual to take charge of the overall administrative functions of the organization. The **In-Charge - Administration** will be responsible for managing general administration including safety, security, fire-fighting preparedness, facility maintenance, housekeeping, sanitation, waste management, and compliance. The role also involves supporting the commercial team in budgeting and contract management, and overseeing civil and electrical maintenance for infrastructure upkeep.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Administration**: Plan and implement efficient administrative systems, processes, and procedures to support smooth operations across the organization.
- **Safety, Security & Emergency Preparedness**: Ensure robust safety and security measures are in place. Maintain fire-fighting equipment and readiness for emergencies.
- **Facility Management**: Oversee general maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, equipment, and garden/landscaping upkeep.
- **Housekeeping & Sanitation**: Supervise housekeeping activities ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the premises.
- **Utilities & Waste Management**: Ensure continuous water supply, functioning of STP/ETP, and proper waste disposal in compliance with environmental norms.
- **Budgeting & Contracting**: Prepare and manage budgets related to administrative activities. Support the commercial team in negotiating contracts, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and ensure execution within budgetary limits.
- **Civil & Electrical Maintenance**: Coordinate civil and electrical works to ensure timely upkeep and preventive maintenance of facilities.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and safety regulations pertaining to administrative functions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Ex-serviceman from a Commissioned Officer rank (Army/ Navy/ Air Force) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in facility and administrative management, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of fire safety, security operations, and emergency preparedness protocols.
- Familiarity with budgeting, vendor management, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
