**We’re Hiring**
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate **Speech Therapist** to join our dynamic team. **Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in children and/or adults.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
- Conduct therapy sessions (one‑on‑one / group), using appropriate techniques and evidence‑based practices.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers / parents on home practice strategies and support.
- Maintain accurate treatment records, documentation, and reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, educators, etc.).
- Participate in periodic in‑service training, workshops, awareness programs.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s (BASLP) or Master’s (MASLP / M.Sc Speech & Language Pathology) degree in Speech‑Language Pathology / Audiology (or equivalent).
- Valid certification and/or registration (e.g., Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)) preferred.
- Clinical internship / hands‑on experience with speech therapy desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
