**Job Title: Physics Teacher (11th and 12th Standard - CBSE)**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Online Recorded Classes**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive online classes in Physics for 11th and 12th-grade students.
- Ensure adherence to the CBSE, incorporating relevant and up-to-date educational materials.
- **Live Sessions**:

- Be available for live sessions to address student queries and provide clarifications on complex topics.
- Create an interactive and participative online learning environment during live sessions.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments in alignment with the CBSE.
- Integrate multimedia resources and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Provide timely feedback on assignments and assessments to facilitate student progress.
- **Teacher Support**:

- Assist fellow teachers by addressing their doubts and concerns during live sessions or through dedicated support channels.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to share best practices and enhance the overall quality of online education.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with advancements in Physics education, incorporating new teaching methodologies and technologies.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve teaching skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Physics.
- Previous experience teaching 11th and 12th-grade students in the CBSE.
- Proficient in online teaching platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing educational technologies and methodologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
